About the Role
adidas seeks a Senior Specialist Order Book Fulfilment to drive order book execution activities in Dubai. The role ensures sales demand is fulfilled on time and in full, manages order book collection, analyzes availability, and coordinates with internal SCM teams.

Responsibilities
- Ensure Order Book collection and demand is maintained in the system accordingly.
- Analyze and report on order book status and product availability to ensure high conversion of orders and on time to market.
- Manage order book and ensure all transactions adhere to adidas internal policy and procedures.
- Control campaign and hard launch availability, ensuring all products are posted according to the sign off plan.
- Align with Internal SCM teams on Air Freight priorities to ensure on time deliveries of critical articles.
- Track club/federation orders for on time embellishment and deliveries.
- Lead Internal SCM alignment for accurate Lead times maintenance in system.
- Represent OBF function output to internal stakeholders.
- Support project and process improvement initiatives for OBF working efficiency.
- Lead system testing and ensure smooth go live.
- Participate in cross functional S&OP meetings (Planning, Purchasing, Sales).
- Provide support during internal and external auditing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or higher in Supply chain or Business administration.
- 2 4 years of overall work experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations or customer service experience.
- Experience in a multi national company.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Good SAP skills.
- Good Power BI skills.
- Advanced English language skills.

Purpose & Overall Relevance
- Drive Order book execution activities by ensuring sales demand will be fulfilled on time and in full.
- Ensure high level of customer service is provided while fulfilling on time delivery for all distribution channels to meet Go To Market dates.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures Order Book collection and the demand is maintained in the system accordingly.

Requisite Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or higher in Supply chain or Business administration.
