- Support administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing HR databases, preparing reports and presentations
- Provide general support to the HR team by responding to employee inquiries and assisting with HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must not be currently employed (full time or part time)
- Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer program
- Must not have been registered with GOSI in the last 6 months

Overview
- This is an opportunity at adidas within our Head Office located in Qurtubah, Riyadh, as part of the HR department.
Tasks
- Assist in a wide range of HR activities, including onboarding new employees, and helping with employee engagement initiatives.
- Support administrative tasks such as maintaining and updating employee records, managing HR databases, preparing reports and presentations, and organizing HR documents and materials.
- Provide general support to the HR team by responding to employee inquiries, assisting with HR policies and procedures, and ensuring smooth day to day HR operations.
Requirements
- Should not be currently employed in any job (full time or part time).
- Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer program.
- The applicant must not have been registered with GOSI in the last 6 months.
- Must demonstrate good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is preferred.
- The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
