Purpose & Overall Relevance

  • Workplaces is responsible for active management of Global Real Estate Portfolio including leases, transactions, design, construction and operations for offices, showrooms and DC’s for adidas.
  • This role is responsible for quality management and development and coordination of assigned service area at adidas locations in Emerging Markets Central (UAE, KSA, Egypt, Morocco, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Jordan).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead various tasks with high complexity and functional responsibility requiring in depth operational experience.
  • Manage and deliver consistent, first class facility management service standards (technical and infrastructural FM).
  • Manage effective operation and continuous development of building system procedures and programs.
  • Identify and manage relationships with key stakeholders and build a broad network.
  • Manage and deliver measures for consistent improvement of Workplace Experience.
  • Create and ensure compliance with regional KPIs and SLAs related to facility and employee experience operations.
  • Develop and manage annual operation budgets, ensure accurate forecasts and communicate risks.
  • Implement efficient operations, identify cost savings, and manage invoicing from service providers.
  • Develop and implement processes for internal corporate employee moves and workplace environment changes.
  • Drive employee focused workplace initiatives and activations.
  • Partner with Director to manage and implement site security operational standards.
  • Ensure Health & Safety requirements and reporting are in accordance with applicable laws.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Very good English and local language skills.
  • Ability to implement business strategies with end to end mindset.
  • Contribute significantly on managing a clear framework for the work of team members / project teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills including impactful presentation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to deliver effective written and formal communications at all levels in corporate environment.
  • Proven abilities to deliver results with tight deadlines and deal effectively in pressured situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast moving environment with different international cultures.
  • Business mind set: Strong numerical and analytical skills, experience in finance.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of controlling systems and integrated workplace management systems (IWMS).
  • Focus on service and customer satisfaction, leadership / leadership culture.

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree related to facility management or related field or equivalent combination of training & experience.
  • Minimum 7 years working experience in respective area.
  • 2+ years of experience in leading a business area and in people management.
