About the Role

- Lead various tasks with high complexity and functional responsibility requiring in depth operational experience.
- Manage and deliver consistent, first class facility management service standards across adidas locations.
- Manage effective operation and continuous development of building system procedures and programs.
- Identify and manage relationships with key stakeholders and build a broad network.
- Manage and deliver measures for consistent improvement of Workplace Experience.
- Create and ensure compliance with regional KPIs and SLAs related to facility and employee experience operations.
- Develop and manage annual operation budgets, ensure accurate forecasts and communicate risks.
- Implement efficient operations, identify cost savings, and manage invoicing from service providers.
- Develop and implement processes for internal corporate employee moves and workplace environment changes.
- Drive employee focused workplace initiatives and activations.
- Partner with Director to manage and implement site security operational standards.
- Ensure Health & Safety requirements and reporting are in accordance with applicable laws.
Requirements
- Degree related to facility management or related field or equivalent combination of training & experience
- Minimum 7 years working experience in respective area
- 2+ years of experience in leading a business area and in people management
- Very good English and local language skills
- Ability to implement business strategies with end to end mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, experience in finance
- Knowledge of controlling systems and integrated workplace management systems (IWMS)
- Project management, quality management and purchasing experience

Purpose & Overall Relevance
- Workplaces is responsible for active management of Global Real Estate Portfolio including leases, transactions, design, construction and operations for offices, showrooms and DC’s for adidas.
- This role is responsible for quality management and development and coordination of assigned service area at adidas locations in Emerging Markets Central (UAE, KSA, Egypt, Morocco, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Jordan).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead various tasks with high complexity and functional responsibility requiring in depth operational experience.

- Manage effective operation and continuous development of building system procedures and programs.

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
