LMG is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Store Manager for a fashion retail store in Qatar.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations and ensure smooth execution.
- Drive sales, targets, KPIs, and store profitability.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the store team.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Manage inventory, stock accuracy, and shrinkage.
- Ensure strong visual merchandising and brand standards.
- Monitor store performance and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

- 3–5+ years of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role in fashion retail.
- Strong understanding of sales and retail KPIs.
- Proven team leadership and people-management skills.
