LMG is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Team Leader for a home décor and furnishing retail environment.
The role supports the Store Manager with sales performance, customer service, team leadership, and smooth daily store operations.
Role Details
- Department: Retail Operations.
- Industry: Home Décor and Furnishing.
- Work location: In person in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve sales and productivity targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.
- Assist customers with product selection, home décor ideas, and furnishing solutions.
- Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation, and store standards.
- Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and product movement.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT targets.
- Coach team members on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor daily sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
- Support staff scheduling, task allocation, and daily store operations.
- Assist with promotions, seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and store activities.
Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of retail experience is required.
- Experience in home furnishing, home décor, furniture, lifestyle, or a related category is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Sales professional is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 4,500–5,000 per month.
