Sell electronics, mobile devices, and appliances while providing professional customer service.
Build positive customer relationships and contribute to individual and store objectives.
Customer service and sales
- Greet customers and assist them professionally.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Build relationships that encourage repeat business.
Store operations
- Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and new arrivals.
- Display and replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with stock receiving, inventory counts, and stockroom organization.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
- Support team members and overall store objectives.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 2,800 to QAR 3,000 per month.
Work location
- The work location is in person.
Requirements
- Product knowledge in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances.
- Ability to provide friendly and professional customer assistance.
- Ability to process sales transactions accurately through a POS system.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Ability to support stock receiving, inventory counts, and stockroom organization.
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
