Team Leader – Home Décor and Home Furnishing
LMG is seeking an experienced Team Leader for its home décor and home furnishing business.
The role leads a store sales team and supports sales, customer service, merchandising, stock, and operational objectives.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 5,000 to QAR 5,200 per month as a full package.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with product selection and home décor solutions.
- Maintain product presentation, visual merchandising, and store standards.
- Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and product displays.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Support the Store Manager in business and operational objectives.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in retail sales or team leadership.
- Experience in home décor and home furnishing is required.
- Furniture or related retail experience is preferred.
