The employer is hiring a Retail Store Manager for an electronics store.
The role leads store performance, sales, customer experience, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
- Monitor sales KPIs and implement corrective action plans.
- Manage customer experience and resolve customer concerns.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, stock loss, and stock ageing.
- Maintain visual merchandising, store presentation, and housekeeping standards.
- Monitor expenses and use resources efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Analyse commercial reports and identify growth opportunities.
- Build product knowledge and selling skills across the team.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum five to seven years of retail experience is required.
- Experience managing a high-volume retail store and sales team is required.
- Electronics or consumer technology retail experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of electronics products and technology trends is advantageous.
- Knowledge of consultative selling is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 6,000 to QAR 6,200 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
