We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Home Décor & Home Furnishing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the store sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Drive sales and ensure excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with product selection and home décor solutions.
- Ensure effective product presentation, visual merchandising and store standards.
- Monitor stock availability, replenishment and product displays.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving business and operational objectives.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in retail sales/team leadership, preferably in Home Décor, Furniture or Home Furnishing.
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR5,200.00 per month
