About the Role

  • Our Store Manager is responsible for driving the store business, achieving sales targets, building a base of loyal VIP customers, managing the team, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and store processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and represent the brand through all activities and interactions.
  • Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage the customer database to build strong relationships and create future selling opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of trends, products, and competitors; conduct quarterly SWOT analysis.
  • Think hybrid by leveraging all point of sales online and offline.
  • Provide a clear vision to the team about the business and store's direction.
  • Identify, recruit, develop, and retain strong talents.
  • Create a positive work environment based on trust, respect, and fairness.
  • Act as a coach for team members and promote growth mindset.
  • Develop omnichannel mindset among the team.
  • Use clienteling approach with focus on VIPs, leveraging customer data.
  • Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Experience in leading a Fashion Retail store in the UAE.
  • Currently based in the UAE.
