Operational Leadership
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
Ensure the store is well-maintained and complies with company policies and standards.
Sales And Revenue Generation
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
Foster a positive and motivated team culture.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Customer Service
Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and helpful atmosphere.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Inventory Management
Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability.

Educational Qualifications
