About the Role
Chalhoub Group is hiring a Store Manager for Maxmara in Dubai to drive store sales, build VIP customer relationships, and lead the team. The role requires experience in a leadership role within luxury fashion retail, preferably in the UAE, Kuwait, or Qatar.

Responsibilities
- Lead by example and represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy through all activities and interactions
- Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage the customer database to build strong relationships and create future selling opportunities
- Stay ahead of latest trends, products and competitors and share feedback with relevant stakeholders
- Provide a clear vision to the team about the business and store's vision and key directions
- Identify, recruit, develop and retain strong talents
- Create a positive work environment based on trust, respect and fairness
- Act as a coach for team members and promote growth mindset
- Develop the omnichannel mindset among the team by promoting different touchpoints of customer experience
- Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers
- Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained in the store
- Ensure e commerce orders are prepared and processed within set SLAs

- Experience within Luxury retail UAE, Kuwait or Qatar

What You'll Be Doing
- Drive the Business: Lead by example, define and execute store action plan, manage customer database, stay ahead of trends, think hybrid.
- Team Leadership and Development: Provide clear vision, identify and develop talents, create positive work environment, coach team members.
- Customer Experience: Develop omnichannel mindset, use clienteling approach, recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure SOPs are followed, e commerce orders processed on time, leverage technology tools, ensure floor coverage, comply with legal and safety guidelines.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Experience in a leadership role within Luxury Fashion Retail
- Experience within Luxury retail UAE, Kuwait or Qatar
