About the Role
Chalhoub Group is seeking a Store Manager for its Dubai Outlet Mall location to drive store business, achieve sales targets, and build a loyal VIP customer base. The role involves leading a team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional omnichannel customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Drive the business by leading by example and representing the brand
- Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage the customer database to build strong relationships and create future selling opportunities
- Stay ahead of latest trends, products and competitors and share feedback
- Provide a clear vision to the team about the business and store's vision
- Identify, recruit, develop and retain strong talents
- Create a positive work environment based on trust, respect and fairness
- Act as a coach for team members and promote growth mindset
- Develop omnichannel mindset among the team
- Use clienteling approach with focus on VIPs
- Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed
- Ensure e commerce orders are prepared and processed within SLAs
Requirements
- Experience in leading a Fashion Retail store in the UAE
- Currently based in the UAE

What you'll be doing
- Our Store Manager is responsible for driving the store business.
- They work towards achieving the store sales’ target, build a base of loyal VIP customers by recruiting and retaining them, manage the team and ensure full adherence to the brand’s guidelines and store processes.
- Drive the Business: Lead by example, define and monitor store action plan, manage customer database, stay ahead of trends, think hybrid.
- Team Leadership and Development: Provide clear vision, identify and develop talents, create positive work environment, act as coach, ensure performance improvement plans.
- Customer Experience: Develop omnichannel mindset, use clienteling approach, recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure SOPs are followed, e commerce orders processed, technology tools leveraged, operating standards followed, floor coverage healthy, processes compliant.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience in leading a Fashion Retail store in the UAE
- Currently based in the UAE
