Responsibilities
- Lead by example and represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy through all activities and interactions
- Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage the customer database to build strong relationships and create future selling opportunities
- Stay ahead of latest trends, products and competitors and share feedback with relevant stakeholders
- Conduct quarterly SWOT analysis and discuss outcome with team and line manager
- Think hybrid by leveraging all types of point of sales online and offline
- Provide a clear vision to the team about the business and store's vision and key directions
- Identify, recruit, develop and retain strong talents
- Create a positive work environment based on trust, respect and fairness
- Act as a coach for team members and promote growth mindset
- Ensure performance improvement plans are discussed and documented transparently
- Develop omnichannel mindset among the team by promoting different touchpoints of customer experience
Requirements
- Experience in a leadership role within Retail, in the UAE
- Currently based in Abu Dhabi or ready to relocate to Abu Dhabi

What You'll Be Doing
- Drive the store business and achieve sales targets.
- Build a base of loyal VIP customers by recruiting and retaining them.
- Manage the team and ensure full adherence to brand guidelines and store processes.
- Lead by example and represent the brand.
- Define, execute and monitor the store action plan.
- Manage the customer database to build strong relationships.
- Stay ahead of latest trends, products and competitors.
- Conduct quarterly SWOT analysis.

Customer Experience
- Develop the omnichannel mindset among the team.
- Use clienteling approach with a focus on VIPs.
- Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed.
- Ensure e commerce orders are prepared and processed within SLAs.
- Leverage available technology tools to support customer experience.
- Ensure all operating standards are followed from stock replenishment to displays.
- Ensure healthy floor coverage by analyzing historical traffic data.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, retail store operations and HR guidelines.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Experience in a leadership role within Retail, in the UAE.
- Currently based in Abu Dhabi or ready to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
