Responsibilities
- Supervise daily stewarding and cleaning activities across production areas, dishwashing zones, storage rooms, and common areas
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of utensils, equipment, machinery, and workstations
- Implement and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
- Maintain high hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations
- Ensure correct segregation and disposal of waste
- Lead, train, and supervise stewarding and cleaning staff
- Ensure compliance with hygiene practices, SOPs, and safety guidelines
- Conduct on the job training for new stewards
- Monitor staff grooming, uniforms, and personal hygiene
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and local food authority regulations
- Support internal and external hygiene and sanitation audits
- Ensure proper cleaning of food contact surfaces
Requirements
- High School / Higher Secondary / Diploma
- Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering, Food Production, or Hygiene Management preferred
- 1–3 years’ experience in stewarding or hygiene operations
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or in charge role
- Experience in central kitchen, large scale catering, hotel, or food manufacturing preferred

Job Summary

Pay
- Pay: AED2,000.00 AED2,500.00 per month
