Job Description
- Rosewood Doha is a landmark destination inspired by Qatar's coral reefs, offering ultra luxury hospitality.
- The property includes a 155 key hotel, 162 serviced apartments, 276 private residences, restaurants, lounges, event spaces, and Asaya wellness club.
- The role assists the stewarding supervisor in cleaning F&B equipment, facilities, and utensils.
Responsibilities
- Ensure full liaison with other members of the Stewarding team.
- Strong communication with associates within the department.
- Key relationship with the Chefs and F&B Department associates.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with other departments, especially Culinary and Event Team.
- Ensures cleanliness of all washing up and cleaning machinery and that equipment is in proper working order.
- Learns fire and safety precautions and how to operate kitchen firefighting equipment.
- Uses cleaning materials and chemicals in a proper and economical manner.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
- Ensures high standard of cleanliness and hygiene through efficient work practices.
- Attends training sessions and/or departmental meetings if assigned.
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
- Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests.
