- Support kitchen team by maintaining a steady supply of clean items during service
- Manage waste disposal and recycling according to environmental and hygiene standards
- Follow HACCP and health & safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with basic kitchen tasks when required
Requirements
- Previous stewarding or cleaning experience in hospitality preferred
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia

Role Overview
- The Steward plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the kitchen and back of house areas.
