Vogue Hospitality is hiring an experienced Steward for a fine-dining kitchen team.
The role focuses on cleanliness, hygiene, equipment care, and kitchen support.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Deep-clean kitchen floors, walls, workstations, and storage areas daily.
- Keep glassware, silverware, and crockery spotless and properly stored.
- Manage kitchen waste disposal according to hygiene regulations.
- Organize and store cleaned equipment and supplies correctly.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries when required.
- Maintain HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support kitchen staff during peak service hours.
Requirements
- Previous stewarding experience is preferred, particularly in a fine-dining or four- to five-star hotel or restaurant environment.
- Candidates must be physically able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices is required.
- Candidates should be team players with a strong work ethic.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial dishwashing equipment is preferred.
- Valid Qatar ID and transferable or NOC visa status are preferred where applicable.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 1,300 to QAR 1,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person in the restaurant kitchen.
