Role Overview
The café is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Barista in Qatar.
The role focuses on coffee preparation, café operations, beverage quality, and team leadership.
Work Arrangement
- The position is full-time and performed in person.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the barista team during daily café operations.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to company standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.
- Train, guide, and motivate baristas and beverage service staff.
- Manage opening and closing procedures and coordinate with restaurant management.
- Monitor bar supplies and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
- Handle customer requests and resolve service-related issues professionally.
Requirements
- At least three years of proven experience as a Head Barista is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of espresso-based beverages, specialty coffee, and café operations.
- Leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and supervise a team.
