Vogue Hospitality is seeking a highly experienced and specialized Chapatti Maker for its kitchen team.
The role focuses on preparing high-quality chapatti, roti, and paratha in large quantities while maintaining consistency, softness, taste, and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fresh chapatti, roti, and paratha according to company standards.
- Knead dough and manage dough consistency for different types of flatbreads.
- Ensure chapattis and rotis are soft, properly cooked, and served fresh.
- Prepare parathas with proper layering, texture, and quality.
- Maintain speed and consistency during peak operational hours.
- Handle bulk production while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
- Monitor ingredient quality and report stock requirements when needed.
- Keep the workstation clean, organized, and sanitized.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chapatti Maker, Roti Maker, or Paratha Maker is mandatory.
- Ability to prepare large quantities efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good knowledge of dough preparation, resting, rolling, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to maintain consistency in taste, size, softness, and quality.
- Ability to work under pressure with a hardworking and disciplined approach.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.

- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay starts from QAR 1,800 per month.
