Support dining and service operations as part of the Service Crew.
Provide customers with efficient, accurate, and positive service.
Customer service and orders
- Greet customers warmly and provide a positive dining or service experience.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inquiries, menu details, and special requests.
- Ensure orders are completed correctly and delivered promptly.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Food, payments, and operations
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Operate cash registers and handle payments correctly.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Support opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Standards and compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, hygiene, company, procedure, and safety standards.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 1,600 to QAR 1,800 per month.
- Overtime opportunities are available with additional earnings for eligible overtime hours.
Workplace and employment
- This is a full-time, in-person position.
