A driving academy is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative.
The role focuses on customer assistance, inquiry handling, and delivering a smooth and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through online channels.
- Provide accurate information about driving courses, schedules, and fees.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Manage registrations, bookings, and documentation.
- Maintain customer records and update system data.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Arabic and English language ability is required.
- Strong communication skills in English are required.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with office systems are required.
- A customer-focused attitude and professional appearance are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
Experience and Skills
- 1–2 years of customer service or similar experience is preferred.
- Problem-solving, conflict resolution, multitasking, time management, attention to detail, and accuracy are important skills for the role.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 2,000–2,500 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in Doha.
