Oversee and support daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets.
Maintain customer service, staff performance, food quality, compliance, and branch profitability standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations across multiple F&B branches and ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor branch performance, sales targets, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Conduct branch visits and operational inspections.
- Handle customer complaints and support prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with kitchen, purchasing, HR, and management teams.
- Train, guide, and motivate staff.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Municipality and food safety regulations.
- Prepare operational reports and implement operational improvements.
Requirements
- At least five years of F&B operations experience within Qatar is required.
- Experience handling multiple branch operations is mandatory.
- A relevant hospitality, hotel management, or F&B educational background is required.
- Strong customer service and branch operations knowledge is required.
- Leadership, communication, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required.
- Knowledge of food safety and operational compliance is required.
- Proficiency in reporting, scheduling, and operational coordination is required.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as up to QAR 5,500 per hour.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
