Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate steelworkers and fabricators.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Inspect work for compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments.
- Train and mentor team members to improve skills and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during construction or fabrication.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress and materials used.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Steel Foreman or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of steel construction and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
