About the Role
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative and recruitment activities. - Assist in posting job vacancies on recruitment portals and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and maintain candidate databases
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
- Prepare HR documents such as interview invitations, offer letters, and employee files
- Maintain and update employee records in accordance with UAE labor regulations
- Support onboarding activities for new employees
- Assist in attendance tracking, leave records, and HR reporting
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply
- Must be currently available in the UAE
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
