Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily tower crane operations at the construction site
- Plan and organize lifting activities in coordination with Site Engineer, Construction Team, and Lifting Supervisor
- Assign tasks and guide tower crane operators and lifting crew to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and in compliance with approved lifting plans and method statements
- Monitor tower crane usage, load handling, and movement of materials to avoid delays
- Conduct daily inspections of lifting accessories, crane areas, and work conditions before operations
- Coordinate with different site teams for material lifting requirements
- Ensure proper communication between crane operators, signalmen, riggers, and ground teams
- Report any unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or operational delays to Site Management
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards around crane operating areas
- Support implementation of HSE policies and participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Maintain records related to crane operations, inspections, and lifting activities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tower Crane Foreman in UAE construction projects
- Experience working on high rise building projects
- Strong knowledge of tower crane operations, lifting procedures, and safety requirements
- Good understanding of lifting plans, rigging practices, and site coordination
- Ability to manage crane operators, riggers, and signalmen effectively
- Knowledge of UAE construction safety regulations and practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with site engineers and supervisors

Job Summary

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of tower crane operations, lifting procedures, and safety requirements.
- Good understanding of lifting plans, rigging practices, and site coordination.
- Ability to manage crane operators, riggers, and signalmen effectively.
- Knowledge of UAE construction safety regulations and practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with site engineers and supervisors.
- Valid UAE certifications related to tower crane operations/lifting activities will be an advantage.
