About the Role

- Keep the office tidy, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning restrooms and pantry areas
- Assist with photocopying, filing, scanning, and delivering documents within the office
- Run errands such as purchasing office supplies, delivering documents, and making bank deposits
- Prepare meeting rooms by arranging chairs, tables, and audio visual equipment
- Monitor and replenish office supplies like stationery, pantry items, and toiletries
- Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in preparing refreshments for meetings and events
- Help with office events, including setting up decorations and arranging catering services
