Serve as a forward-deployed engineer embedded with internal teams such as SRE, Finance, Sales, People Ops, or product groups.

What you'll be working on
- Embed with stakeholder teams, participate in their rituals, and identify high-leverage workflows for software improvement.
- Build interactive tools that read data, apply decisions, and write results to systems of record.
- Replace repetitive work with pipelines and agents that involve people when judgment is required.
- Scope, build, deploy, measure adoption, and iterate on solutions end to end.
- Turn reusable skills, integrations, and interface patterns into shared building blocks.
- Use sources of truth, governance, and access controls to keep tooling reliable.
What you'll bring
- At least 8 years of experience building and owning production software.
- Staff-level scope and judgment with the ability to operate on ambiguous greenfield work.
- Full-stack engineering skill across interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data layers.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills, including warehouse and pipeline reasoning.
- Product mindset and stakeholder fluency with non-engineering teams.
- Fast delivery balanced with attention to correctness.
- Comfort with AI-assisted development, LLM agents, automation platforms, and guardrails.
- Strong ownership focused on measurable improvements to stakeholder work.
Bonus points
- Experience as a forward-deployed, solutions, or embedded engineer.
- BI or analytics engineering experience with Sigma, Looker, dbt, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with Workato or n8n.
- Experience with MCP, agent frameworks, or LLM tool use.
- Comfort working in an early-stage environment with significant ambiguity.
Compensation
- Compensation is stated as up to $215,000 to $260,000 plus bonus.
- Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
- Compensation depends on knowledge, education, abilities, internal equity, and market data.
