  • Partner with engineering, SRE, finance, and executives on specifications, timelines, tradeoffs, and economics.
  • Analyze markets and competitors, support go-to-market positioning, and maintain product documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of technical product management or product-minded engineering experience.
  • Track record of owning outcomes at Staff or Group Product Manager scope.
  • Strong customer orientation and experience using customer feedback in revenue and retention decisions.
  • In-depth cloud technology knowledge, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Experience building and launching block, file, or object storage products.
  • Ability to scope ambiguous cross-functional initiatives with minimal guidance.
  • Analytical decision-making, exceptional communication, and direct experience with storage hardware, protocols, or file systems.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Familiarity with object storage access patterns, public access, and multi-tenant permissions.
  • Familiarity with backup, replication, and disaster recovery product design.
  • Familiarity with cloud storage economics and hot, warm, and cold tiering strategies.
  • Experience managing or mentoring other product managers.

Compensation

  • Compensation is listed as up to $200,000-$240,000 plus bonus.
  • Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
  • Compensation depends on knowledge, education, abilities, internal equity, and market data.

Benefits
