Role overview
Lead complex, multi-phase construction projects from structural build-out through interior fit-out and operational readiness.
Oversee civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and interior tenant-improvement systems.
What you will work on
- Lead construction phases and manage multiple scopes or buildings across a campus.
- Direct subcontractors, resolve field issues, and maintain safety, quality, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee data halls, MV/LV electrical rooms, mechanical rooms, offices, and finishes.
- Lead contracts, vendor management, change orders, procurement, and critical-path planning.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams.
- Report progress, risks, and costs to executives and ensure compliance with codes, inspections, and permits.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 7 years managing large industrial, data center, or complex commercial projects.
- Strong base-build and tenant-improvement delivery experience.
- Deep structural, mechanical, and electrical systems knowledge.
- Advanced scheduling and project management skills with Procore, Primavera or MS Project, and Bluebeam.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 50%.
Bonus qualifications
- Hyperscale data center or mission-critical facility experience.
- Experience leading project scopes valued at $100 million or more.
- MV/LV electrical or heavy mechanical expertise.
- Lean construction or sustainability experience.
- PMP, CCM, or PE certification.
Workplace expectations
- The role has an onsite expectation of 50% to 75%.
Compensation
- Compensation is listed as $160,875 to $195,000 plus bonus.
- Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
- Compensation is determined by knowledge, education, abilities, internal equity, and market data.
