Role overview

What you will work on

• Lead construction phases and manage multiple scopes or buildings across a campus.
• Direct subcontractors, resolve field issues, and maintain safety, quality, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee data halls, MV/LV electrical rooms, mechanical rooms, offices, and finishes.
• Lead contracts, vendor management, change orders, procurement, and critical-path planning.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams.
• Report progress, risks, and costs to executives and ensure compliance with codes, inspections, and permits.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 7 years managing large industrial, data center, or complex commercial projects.
• Strong base-build and tenant-improvement delivery experience.
• Deep structural, mechanical, and electrical systems knowledge.
• Advanced scheduling and project management skills with Procore, Primavera or MS Project, and Bluebeam.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 50%.

Bonus qualifications

• Hyperscale data center or mission-critical facility experience.
• Experience leading project scopes valued at $100 million or more.
• MV/LV electrical or heavy mechanical expertise.
• Lean construction or sustainability experience.
• PMP, CCM, or PE certification.

Workplace expectations

• The role has an onsite expectation of 50% to 75%.

Compensation

• Compensation is listed as $160,875 to $195,000 plus bonus.
• Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
• Compensation is determined by knowledge, education, abilities, internal equity, and market data.
