Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and end-to-end ownership of a specific system area.
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data counterparts on complex technical and organizational initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Represent chapter direction and provide hands-on technical mentorship to teams.
- Drive critical, complex initiatives affecting multiple teams.
- Improve systems and processes by simplifying complexity and removing bottlenecks.
- Lead the RFC review process to improve visibility into application architecture.
- Contribute to chapter vision and strategy.
- Sponsor chapter initiatives and coordinate mentorship across the technology organization.
- Improve developer experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Challenge existing practices and drive improvement across the technology organization.
