About the Opportunity

What You’ll Do

• Lead design strategy in alignment with product strategy and vision while collaborating with cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex user and business needs into simple, user-centric design solutions with measurable business impact.
• Drive end-to-end product design from discovery and research through high-fidelity designs and implementation support.
• Deliver production-ready web and mobile experiences using Figma as the primary tool.
• Bring the user’s narrative to the forefront of product discussions.
• Promote design solutions and best practices, inspire creativity, and challenge established thinking.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Have extensive Product Design experience and a strong user-centric web and mobile portfolio.
• Have at least 7 years of professional experience in heavy-data B2B products.
• Have experience with Figma distributed version control tools.
• Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment using prioritization and time management.
• Lead research and design initiatives and advocate for proposals using clear narratives and data-driven insights.
• Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, product managers, developers, and senior stakeholders.
• Leadership and mentorship experience is highly valued.

Workplace

• The position has a physical presence in Dubai and works with international product and technology stakeholders.
