Role Overview

Supply and Logistics Operations

• Develop and execute supply growth and acquisition strategy aligned with business demand and market dynamics.
• Lead long-term supply forecasting and planning to ensure coverage and service-level adherence.
• Identify and launch new supply channels, including female riders, refugees, micro-financing, and e-bikes.
• Lead the on-ground operations team and ensure daily operational compliance and service quality.

3PL Partnerships

• Manage 3PL partnerships from selection and onboarding through performance management and contract renewals.
• Set KPIs and SLAs for 3PL partners and ensure compliance, efficiency, and rider quality.
• Build strategic relationships with key 3PL partners.

Performance and Team Leadership

• Monitor rider supply rate, EPH, order-on-time percentage, churn, and retention metrics.
• Implement standardized processes and digital tools to improve operational control and scalability.
• Coach and develop managers, senior staff, and specialists across supply, 3PL, and operations.
• Work with People, Finance, Commercial, and Product teams on strategies and deliverables.

Improvement and Equipment Management

• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to improve efficiency and rider satisfaction.
• Drive automation and technology-enabled initiatives for visibility and performance management.
• Oversee uniforms, delivery boxes, and e-bikes to maintain quality and operational standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading logistics, supply, or on-ground operations teams is supported by the senior manager scope.
• Ability to manage strategic 3PL partnerships, including selection, onboarding, performance management, and renewals.
• Ability to lead and develop teams of managers, seniors, and specialists.
• Ability to manage operational KPIs and service-level requirements.
