Responsibilities
- Own and prioritise the product roadmap for Deel IT Operations, driving delivery from a large engineering backlog
- Ship automation that removes humans from manual workflows (shipping label generation, tracking aggregation, device condition documentation, IT support resolution)
- Own metrics like on time device delivery rate, ticket response time, and revenue per ops and engineering headcount
- Build reporting and early warning systems that surface SLA risk before failure
- Work daily with engineering, operations, and supplier teams to translate frontline complexity into prioritised work
- Use AI tools actively in day to day work (research, synthesis, documentation, decision making)
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 1 year in a Staff PM or equivalent senior IC role
- Systems thinker who understands how teams, tools, and processes connect
- Execution led: close to the work, holds detail, drives delivery
- Data fluent: comfortable with SQL, data platforms, and spreadsheets
- Proven in fast iterative environments at scale
- Active AI user in day to day work
- Background in logistics, supply chain, or physical operations (nice to have)
- Experience with supplier networks or multi party operational systems (nice to have)
