What You'll Do

• Lead design strategy in sync with product strategy and vision while collaborating with cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex user and business needs into clear, user-centric design solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
• Drive end-to-end product design from discovery and research to high-fidelity designs and implementation support.
• Deliver production-ready web and mobile user experiences using Figma as the primary tool.
• Bring the user's perspective into product discussions and decision-making.
• Promote design solutions and best practices across the team and organization.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Have extensive Product Designer experience and a strong web and mobile portfolio showing a user-centric approach.
• Have at least 7 years of professional experience in heavy data B2B products.
• Have experience with Figma distributed version control tools.
• Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment using prioritization and time-management skills.
• Have led research and design initiatives and can advocate for proposals using clear narratives and data-driven insights.
• Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Have experience collaborating with peers, product managers, developers, and senior stakeholders.
• Leadership and mentorship experience is highly valued.

• The role has a physical presence in Dubai within the Global Tech Hub.
