About the Role
Clio is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join the Clio Manage team, focusing on AI-powered legal practice management. You will lead end-to-end experience design, shape long-term vision, and mentor other designers.

- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define experience strategy, success metrics, and high leverage priorities
- Build deep customer intuition and systems understanding, translating complex workflows into clear direction
- Lead end to end design across multi surface journeys from opportunity framing to high quality execution
- Shape a compelling long term experience vision for your problem space
- Raise the quality bar across a broader product ecosystem through cohesive, accessible, and scalable experiences
- Drive consistency and leverage across teams by strengthening patterns, frameworks, and design system evolution
- Help teams navigate ambiguity and make strong decisions through facilitation and proactive collaboration
- Mentor and elevate other designers through constructive critique, coaching, and role modelling
- Partner with the product design manager to uphold quality and craft
- Contribute to design culture and org wide initiatives through Staff level forums
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Design experience; B2B SaaS experience preferred
- Proven ability to design scalable experiences across multiple customer segments and/or products
- Experience leading complex, cross team initiatives and delivering cohesive solutions across interconnected systems
- Proven track record of shipping high quality work that solves customer problems and moves key product metrics
- Strong product judgment and business acumen
- Deep mastery of UX craft including complex interaction design, information architecture, usability, and visual design
- Advanced customer centric practice, able to lead discovery and align multiple teams
- Proven experience designing AI powered experiences
- Proven systems thinking
- Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools, and practical fluency with AI tools
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- Skilled facilitator who aligns leaders and drives decisions

- The Clio Manage team is dedicated to removing administrative friction from legal practice management with AI powered cloud services.
- As a Staff Product Designer, you will partner with Design, Product, and Engineering to create long term visions and execute near term roadmaps.
- You will bring a cross product point of view and help create best practices for AI design in Manage.

- CAD 148,000 to CAD 222,000 CAD.
