Responsibilities
- Act as technical point person for EPM Solution (Pigment), ensuring system health through proactive maintenance and monitoring
- Manage end to end ticket lifecycle by providing timely, customer first support and technical troubleshooting for internal users
- Coordinate with teammates and stakeholders to resolve bugs and execute system enhancements
- Assist in maintaining FP&A integrations with connected applications (NetSuite, Workday, SFDC, Looker)
- Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality checks to ensure data integrity and system reliability
- Administer user licenses and permissions while ensuring proper controls for sensitive financial data
- Draft and maintain application documentation, help articles, and instructional materials
- Support Senior Specialists in scoping requirements for new roadmap features
Requirements
- 3 5 years experience with EPM platforms
- Familiarity with financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Customer first approach to providing support
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate within a team
- Experience writing user facing documentation or training guides
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Hands on experience administering or building in Pigment (bonus)
- Prior experience working with stakeholders across the business (bonus)
- Solid understanding of data structures (bonus)

Summary
- We are looking for a Systems Specialist, FP&A to join our FP&A Systems team.
- This role is for someone passionate about technical problem solving and providing high quality support.
What you’ll work on
- Act as a technical point person for our EPM Solution (Pigment), ensuring system health through proactive maintenance and monitoring.
- Manage the end to end ticket lifecycle by providing timely, customer first support and technical troubleshooting for our internal users.
- Coordinate with teammates and stakeholders to resolve bugs and execute system enhancements that improve the user experience.
- Assist in maintaining FP&A integrations with connected applications: NetSuite, Workday, SFDC, and Looker, etc.
- Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality checks to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
- Administer user licenses and permissions while ensuring proper controls are in place for sensitive financial data.
- Draft and maintain application documentation, help articles, and instructional materials to empower our users.
- Support Senior Specialists in scoping requirements for new roadmap features by providing insight into common user pain points.
What you bring
- 3–5 years experience with EPM platforms, either from an administration/maintenance standpoint or as a power user within an FP&A team.
- Familiarity with financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a fast paced environment.
- A customer first approach to providing support, with the ability to translate technical fixes into clear communication for non technical users.
- Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively within a team to meet shared goals.
- Experience writing user facing documentation or training guides.
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.
Bonus points if you have
- Hands on experience administering or building in Pigment.
- Prior experience working with a wider scope of stakeholders across the business outside of just Finance.
- A solid understanding of data structures and how they impact financial reporting.

Salary range
- The expected salary range for this role is CAD 89,300 to CAD 105,000 to CAD 120,700 CAD.
Work location
- Hub locations: Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto.
- All hub based Clions are expected to be in the office for a minimum of twice per week on one of our Anchor Days.
- Occasional travel to partner or supplier sites as required.
