- Drive strategic alignment and decision making discussions with project leads and executive stakeholders
- Facilitate needs assessments and task scoping with workstream leaders
- Identify dependencies, remove barriers, track blockers, and mitigate risks
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in project management, business, research, leadership, or software development
- PMP certification is essential
- 4+ years experience in project management or adjacent disciplines in a fast growing SaaS/tech company
- Experience conducting needs assessments, scoping tasks, facilitating decision making, and creating roadmaps
- Experience facilitating workshops and coaching individuals

Summary

What You May Have
