Role Overview
Lead and oversee the structural engineering division within JASARA PMC.
Support quality, safety, compliance, technical excellence, and innovation across large-scale infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders on transformational social infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the structural engineering department, ensuring deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Develop structural engineering strategies, standards, and best practices aligned with industry codes and regulations.
- Oversee structural design, review, and approval of calculations, drawings, and documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients to align structural designs with project objectives.
- Mentor and develop structural engineering staff and promote continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for structural engineering challenges.
- Stay current with technological advancements and innovations in structural engineering.
