Role Overview
Provide an additional layer of quality control during the construction phase of infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure statutory authority NOCs, permits, and design approvals are accessible on site during construction.
- Review and approve comments related to contractor design drawings, shop drawings, materials, and alternative proposals.
- Perform scheduled site inspections to verify installations align with contract documents.
- Carry out unscheduled inspections to confirm construction follows F&E standards, policies, and specifications.
- Evaluate and approve contractor method statements for installation and execution.
- Assess and approve contractor testing and commissioning plans, procedures, and method statements.
Requirements
- Provide an additional layer of quality control during the construction phase of infrastructure projects.
- Review contractor design drawings, shop drawings, materials, and alternative proposals against project requirements.
- Evaluate contractor installation, execution, testing, and commissioning documentation.
