Programme Context
JASARA is engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision across several regions in Saudi Arabia.
Lead Engineer Role
- Lead discipline-specific supervision activities and provide technical leadership to the supervision team.
- Ensure contractor works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards.
- Lead and coordinate the discipline supervision team.
- Review contractor drawings, technical submittals, method statements, RFIs, and material submissions.
- Supervise and verify contractor works for compliance with approved documents and specifications.
- Coordinate discipline interfaces with engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor construction progress and identify technical issues, risks, and deviations.
- Support resolution of technical queries and site issues.
- Conduct site inspections and close out observations and non-conformance reports.
- Provide technical input to progress meetings and project reports.
