Role Overview
JASARA PMC supports complex civil engineering projects through delivery, handover, and defect liability phases.
The role provides senior-level leadership across major contracts and aligns contractors, consultants, and employer stakeholders around effective project execution.
Responsibilities
- Assume the role of Engineer under the contract.
- Maintain a close working relationship with and report to the Employer's Representative.
- Carry out project administration, schedule, and project management activities in accordance with contract requirements and employer procedures.
- Assure contractor and supervision consultant implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Assure contractor and supervision consultant implementation of employer QA/QC policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company internal processes and procedures.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and advice to contractor and consultant teams.
- Foster a productive work environment with open and transparent communication.
- Deliver exemplary contract administration performance.
- Manage prompt payment of money owed in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
- Administer contracts effectively and efficiently.
