Role Overview
Work closely with the CRM team to ensure projects are executed smoothly.
Own and implement country-level CRM campaigns for talabat.
Support the regional Performance Marketing team across all talabat markets.
Work flexibly and hands-on in a performance-driven environment with an experimentation mindset and tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop CRM campaign ideas around the customer lifecycle to meet business needs.
- Coordinate with the Campaign Operations team to launch CRM campaigns addressing local market challenges such as increased churn or reduced frequency.
- Forecast, align, and monitor campaign spend against monthly, quarterly, and annual CRM budgets.
- Monitor lifecycle campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on best practices and learnings from other markets.
- Create visibility for local marketing teams into performance and cost evolution.
- Formulate data-backed hypotheses to optimize ROI from existing campaign flows.
Requirements
- Experience owning and implementing CRM campaigns at a country or market level.
- Ability to work in a performance-driven environment with tight deadlines.
- Hands-on approach to executing CRM campaign projects.
- Ability to formulate data-backed hypotheses and optimize campaign return on investment.
