Role Summary

Inventory and Replenishment

• Ensure stores have the correct inventory by analyzing current stock and updating ordering parameters.
• Monitor daily stock movement and produce inventory adjustment reports.
• Maintain replenishment parameters, including lead times, reorder points, economic order quantities, and supplier minimum order quantities.
• Prepare demand forecasts, initiate store orders, and track order receipts.

Supplier and Reporting Activities

• Manage relevant inventory in coordination with Category Managers.
• Analyze and report inventory and purchase forecasts accurately and on time.
• Dispatch supplier orders and track their progress.
• Liaise with suppliers to improve collaborative forecasting, planning, and replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of in-stock levels and inventory positions.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least four years of experience in demand planning.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning fundamentals and end-to-end demand forecasting.
• FMCG demand planning and replenishment experience is required.
• Warehouse management or 3PL partner relations experience is required.
