Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 15–20 years of experience in oilfield supplies trading, industrial equipment sales, or oil & gas services
- Strong UAE/GCC oil & gas market knowledge, especially ADNOC and EPC ecosystems
- Proven experience working with international manufacturers and securing product approvals
- Demonstrated track record of achieving high value sales targets (USD 2M+ monthly revenue)
- Experience with EPC projects, framework agreements, and long term supply contracts
- Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes in the energy sector
