Responsibilities
- Own the uniforms P&L, including revenue and gross margin against annual targets
- Develop and manage a named account list across each GCC market
- Convert inbound leads and conduct outbound hunting to target accounts
- Manage RFP and tender process for government and institutional accounts
- Work with design, product, and operations teams to keep the continuity offer sharp
- Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly forecast and margin review
- Represent SQUATWOLF at industry events across the GCC
Requirements
- 3 5 years of B2B sales within the fitness industry
- Experience selling across the GCC, or at minimum across the UAE
- Hunter mentality with ability to build pipeline from scratch
- Commercially sharp with ability to hold margin in negotiations
- Comfortable running a CRM and maintaining live pipeline forecast
- English essential; Arabic strongly preferred

The Role
- Lead the uniforms program end to end: owning pipeline, building account plans, closing new business, growing existing customers.
- Work directly under the Head of Sales.
- Focus exclusively on uniforms, gym chains, government buyers, corporate wellness and institutional accounts across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and wider GCC.
What You'll Own
- The uniforms P&L: revenue and gross margin against annual targets.
- The hit list: named account list across each GCC market.
- Inbound conversion: own every inbound lead through the uniforms channel.
- Outbound hunting: proactive outreach to target accounts.
- Tender + procurement: manage RFP and tender process.
- Program design: work with design, product and operations teams.
- Reporting rhythm: weekly pipeline updates, monthly forecast, quarterly account plans.
- Represent SQUATWOLF at industry events.
Who We're Looking For
- Fitness industry sales background essential: 3 5 years in B2B sales within the fitness industry.
- GCC market fluency: sold across the GCC or at minimum UAE.
- Hunter, not farmer: energy from building hit list from scratch.
- Commercially sharp: hold margin in negotiation.
- Structured operator: comfortable running CRM, keeping live pipeline forecast.
- English essential; Arabic strongly preferred.
