Responsibilities
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager to execute the digital marketing strategy for customer acquisition and retention focusing on affiliate marketing and CRM
- Support customer retention initiatives focused on improving repeat purchase rate, engagement and customer lifetime value
- Produce regular reporting across affiliate and CRM performance, including revenue, traffic, conversion and engagement metrics
- Support testing plans across email creative, subject lines, journeys, landing pages and promotional mechanics
- Execution and optimisation of SQUATWOLF’s affiliate marketing activity across both in house affiliate programme and Commission Junction (CJ)
- Managing affiliate partner relationships, onboarding new publishers and identifying growth opportunities
- Monitor affiliate performance daily, identifying trends, opportunities and inefficiencies across markets and campaigns
- Support the planning and execution of CRM and email campaigns across key trading moments, launches and retention journeys
- Day to day email campaign setup, segmentation, QA and reporting
- Work closely with Ecommerce Designers, Brand and Ecommerce teams to ensure campaigns align with brand standards and commercial priorities
Requirements
- 1 2 years’ experience within CRM and Affiliate, or either
- Exposure to CRM or email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or MoEngage would be advantageous
- Understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, ideally including Commission Junction (CJ)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4 and digital reporting
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Commercially minded with an interest in Ecommerce trading and customer behaviour
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop
- Retail, fashion, Ecommerce or consumer brand experience preferred

Role Overview
- We are looking for a CRM & Affiliate Specialist to support the growth of our affiliate and CRM channels, helping drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue across key markets.
- This is an ideal role for someone early in their digital marketing career who is commercially minded, data curious and passionate about Ecommerce, fitness and consumer behaviour.

About You
- Passion for fitness, sport or training culture.
- 1 2 years’ experience within CRM and Affiliate, or either.
