- Own the shot list and execute on set, working closely with the Producer
- Shoot and deliver campaign content for regional and global activations
- Capture live community moments and athlete events with authenticity
- Uphold a consistent, elevated visual standard across all touchpoints
- Edit raw footage into platform ready stories for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- Track social media trends and bring findings into content
- Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and performance teams
- Contribute original concepts to brainstorms and team reviews
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional creative experience producing social first content
- Hands on experience shooting and editing
- Strong on set skills: camera operation, lighting, and audio capture
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut
- Experience capturing live events and community moments
- Self starter mindset and strong collaborator

- Senior Content Producer role in Dubai, responsible for shaping brand content across feeds, on set, and in the field.
- Hands on execution role requiring cinematic craft and social instinct.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the shot list and execute on set, working closely with the Producer.
- Shoot and deliver campaign content for regional and global activations.
- Capture live community moments and athlete events with authenticity.
- Uphold a consistent, elevated visual standard across all touchpoints.
- Build videos and visuals that drive real engagement.
- Edit raw footage into platform ready stories for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
- Track social media trends and bring findings into content.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and performance teams.
- Contribute original concepts to brainstorms and team reviews.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years of professional creative experience producing social first content.
- Hands on experience shooting and editing, ideally in social marketing, fashion, fitness, or lifestyle.
- Strong on set skills: camera operation, lighting, and audio capture.
- A cinematic eye for composition, color, movement, and visual storytelling.
- Experience capturing live events and community moments.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut.
- Ownership of content from brief to final export.
- Self starter mindset and strong collaborator.
