As we continue growing across Ecommerce, Retail and international markets, we are looking for a
Copywriter Intern
to support the brand across Ecommerce, CRM and marketing channels.
This is an opportunity for someone passionate about writing, digital marketing and brand storytelling to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced Ecommerce environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the Ecommerce and Marketing teams with product and campaign copywriting
- Assist with writing and maintaining PDP copy across product launches and collections
- Support onsite copy updates across homepage, collections, landing pages and campaigns
- Assist with CRM copy across email campaigns, push notifications and Whatsapp
- Support paid media copy across Meta, Google and other digital marketing channels
- Help maintain consistency in SQUATWOLF tone of voice across all customer touchpoints
- Assist with proofreading, QA and content reviews across site, app and CRM channels
- Support Arabic translation coordination and content QA where required
- Research competitor activity, Ecommerce trends and best practice across fitness and apparel brands
- Assist with SEO content and blog support where relevant
- Collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM, Performance Marketing and Creative teams on campaign execution
About You
- Passion for fitness, sport or training culture
- Passionate about writing, Ecommerce and digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal English with strong attention to detail
- Creative mindset with interest in brand storytelling and customer communication
- Eager to learn within a fast-paced Ecommerce environment
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desirable
- Basic understanding of Ecommerce, CRM or digital marketing
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, MoEngage or CMS platforms
- Interest in paid social, SEO or performance marketing
- Experience using AI tools or content creation platforms is advantageous
