Sr Program Specialist

As a Project Manager here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for overseeing project activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Your strong project management skills, technical expertise, and ability to drive results will be essential in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

In this role, you will impact efficient project execution, risk management, cost control, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, team guidance, communication, issue resolution, strategic planning, process optimization, data thoughtfulness, cross-functional collaboration, and innovation.

You are pivotal in ensuring project success, which, in turn, contributes to the organization's overall success and performance-driven in the market.

Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure.

• Manage program budgets, resource planning, risks, issues actively, dependencies, and change requests.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Ensure compliance requirements, and intended business outcomes.
• Adopt a Business Owner mindset over your project
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
• Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate project team members and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Cross functional teams to ensure project success
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in handling Project
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
• Ability to work eCectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field
• PMP Certification.
• Experience in managing projects of varying complexity
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements
• Strong thoughtful and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
